Assessment of Fleet of Utility Equipment 

Why fleet assessments? We conduct assessments on the whole fleet of utility equipment to enable asset managers in utilities and insurance companies to illustrate an overall picture of the population of specific equipment to better understand the health of the fleet. This enables the responsible departments and individuals to make adequate informed decisions. The results of such informed decision affect the maintenance and operational strategies and practices.

In addition to observing and monitoring the behavior of the whole fleet, fleet assessment enable the decision makers to prioritize the resources and direct the attentions to the appropriate areas of the business, activities or investments.     

One of the outcomes of the fleet assessment is being able to provide a ranking system. The ranking system enables the operators and owners of the equipment to monitor behaviors and patterns, identify the equipment that may require further study, flag the equipment that require immediate attention or even need to be de-rated or be removed from service.
